Hi and welcome to my little shop on ecrater! I'm glad you stopped by and I'm glad you chose to read my shop policies, as it is always a good idea to know who you're dealing with! Check out my feedback if you'd like to read some comments from other customers; that's a good way to get a feel for the quality and value of my work straight from those who currently own my pieces!

As for my work, I make all of my pieces in my smoke-free and pet-free home studio using only the best quality materials from reputable refineries and dealers. From start to finish, all of my work is fabricated by me -- from the idea concepts to the finishing touches! I start out with "raw" materials (no commercial findings, etc. unless otherwise noted) and bring the pictures in my head and in my sketchbook to life! I enjoy every minute of this process as I hope you'll enjoy wearing what I've made!
Payment
PAYMENT: I prefer paypal, but will also accept checks and money orders. Google Checkout is coming soon.
Paypal: If for some reason you're having trouble checking out through paypal (sometimes they experience glitches), convo me and I'll send you a paypal invoice. All paypal payers must complete their paypal payment by clicking the "pay now through paypal" button at the end of your etsy transaction. Please do that right away, as after 7 business days, I cancel all unpaid sales.
Sales Tax: Only Ohio residents will be charged sales tax (6.5%) and it will automatically be assessed through PayPal. If your PayPal total is different from your Etsy total, this may be why.
Personal Checks (not available at this time): All personal checks must have a current address and phone number on them. I reserve the right to delay orders for 3 weeks while your check clears your bank and mine.
Money Orders(not available at this time): I reserve the right to delay orders paid with m/o for 3 weeks, as money orders can be subject to fraud. This is at the advise of my bank.
Shipping
MY SHIPPING POLICY:
Domestic (US) shipping is $4 for first class mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you want anything different than that, please convo me before purchasing and I'd be happy to help you!
International shipping is $5.00, but does not include any type of tracking except the tracking you can do through the customs form. I insure all orders of $50 or more automatically.
You should know that it is possible that you will be charged taxes and fees once your package arrives in your country. Those fees are your responsibility, but are not that frequent unless you are purchasing a large order. Please be aware that your package may be held at YOUR post office pending the payment of those fees. If your order is taking longer than you think it should to be delivered, try calling your post office to inquire about a package that may be being held for duty taxes.
SHIPPING TIMES:
I ship out ready-made items within 2 business days, but usually it will go out next day. If the listing for your item does not say "ready made" or is a customized item, I will give you a time quote when I email you to confirm your order. You will never have to "guess" when your order will be mailed out!
Refunds and Exchanges
MY RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
I take pride in every piece of wearable art I create, so I stand behind my work 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 7 days of delivery, please contact me to make an exchange. I will ONLY exchange for any other reason than defect. Items that have custom words/inscriptions on them are not subject to return or exchange.
If your item is defective, you must let me know within 7 days of receipt and then you will have a choice of return or exchange. If your order is custom, you will not be able to exchange it.

Additional Policies and FAQs
TURNAROUND TIMES:
My normal turnaround time is generally 7-10 business days, with slower times around holidays and gift-giving events. Please be aware of this when you place your order or convo me to inquire about a rush order.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES:
Please convo me about your specific B&M store, online store or any other venue that you are looking to carry my precious metal art jewelry. I would be happy to discuss this further. Note: My wholesale discount is NOT 50% at this time.

REPAIRS:
I would be happy to repair any of my pieces that may have come to you with a defect, free of charge. You must contact me about the defect within 7 days of receipt. After that, if you have need of repair for whatever reason, cost is determined on an individual basis, based on normal wear patterns and the piece itself. I am very easy to work with! :-) I do not repair work that was not made by me.

LAYAWAY AVAILABLE:
I am happy to work with you on a layaway basis also. You may make up to 3 payments on any piece over $75, but all payments must be made before the piece is shipped. Convo me for details on that!

PURCHASING A GIFT?
Each item you purchase will be shipped in an organdy gift bag. A complimentary handmade gift card can be included if you request it in the comment section at time of purchase.
